What is included in the base package price?
Each package price includes the photographer's time, professional editing, and a set number of final digital photos delivered through an online gallery. Prints, albums, and extra hours are available as add-ons and are quoted separately based on your needs.
Do you require a deposit to book a session?
Yes, we ask for a deposit to secure your date on our calendar, with the remaining balance due on or before the day of the session. The exact deposit amount depends on the package and will be confirmed when you book.
Can I upgrade my package after booking?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher tier or add extra hours and services before your session date, subject to availability. Just contact our studio and we'll adjust your booking and pricing accordingly.
How long does it take to receive edited photos?
Portrait sessions are typically delivered within 5-7 business days, event coverage within 7-10 days, and wedding galleries within 3-4 weeks. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the season and volume of bookings.
Is travel outside Mansoura included in the price?
Our listed prices cover sessions within Mansoura, Egypt. For events or shoots outside the city, a travel fee may apply depending on distance, which we calculate and share with you before confirming your booking.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
